We are excited to announce the commencement of our ERP implementation at Lee Trade Engineers (Pvt) Ltd, a leading provider of comprehensive solutions in the wood industry in Sri Lanka. Lee Trade Engineers has quickly set high standards and captured over 90% of the market. But with growth comes challenges. They\u2019ve been struggling with tracking DSR activities, managing fleet operations, overseeing sales processes, integrating new sales channels, handling more data, and keeping inventory levels accurate. Previously relying on Busy Software, the system\u2019s limitations made them realize that they needed something more robust and integrated that allows them for enhanced growth.<\/p>\n

To tackle these challenges, we\u2019re rolling out a comprehensive solution across their branches in Sri Lanka. Our solution for Lee Trade Engineers includes an Inventory Module for precise stock management, a Procurement Module for smooth handling of imports and local purchases, a Finance Module for detailed financial oversight, Sales Force Automation to track DSR activities and manage distribution efficiently, and a Service Module to ensure effective service management and boost operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

This initiative marks a significant milestone in their path for business expansion supported by enhanced efficiency, operations and industry leadership.
